First off don't panic (Mr Mannering)

This message from the Arris UHD 4K boxes is one of the most common faults and is easy to sort out & fix.

The message basically means your hard drive has an issue (the hard drive stores all your TV recordings) and it will need to be replaced, lucking you have found out site, and this is what we specialise in.

We have a few options for you but first we need to find out what hard drive you will need below is a list of model number and the hard drive size that relates to:

UHD-4X-500 You Need a 500Gb Hard Drive

UHD-4X-1000 You Need a 1Tb Hard Drive

UHD-4X-2000 You Need a 2Tb Hard Drive

Simple, now how do you fit it?

Again, we got you: we have 2 options you can send us your box and we can fit the drive for you, or you can buy a DIY kit from us, and along with a handy Youtube video we have made you can fit it yourself
