Shipping policy

All orders will be processed on the same day as order placed (Mon-Friday). Express orders are processed 7 days a week Excluding Bank holidays / Special UK Days

All international Orders will be sent via tracked service where possible, and if extra duties or taxes need to be paid we will try to inform you before shipping. Most EU Destinations have a 20 to 40% Import / Export Rate [at the time of writing April 2026]

For any cancelled Orders 1. If already posted Customer will need to pay all Postage and Processing Fees 2. If not posted out at time of cancellation, some fees may still apply.
