Buying Used or Graded Items from Us. What does it mean?

We sell a range of older devices, customer returns and repaired equipment. 

We grade these devices so you can understand in a simple way what we have done or the life the device has already had.

The grading of items is as follows:

Grade A – As New with Little or no use, with packaging manuals etc, in box, Normally a customer return or a device we have been using in the workshop for testing etc.

Grade B – Often a customer return maybe with or without packaging, has had some use by the customer normally less than 1 year old, cleaned tested and re-sold

Grade C -  These boxes are normally older, showing signs of use, and have had a repair or a replacement part needed to get them working.

USED – These boxes are not graded, these are just tested and if working, cleaned, and resold as a used device with limited warranty.
