Buying Used or Graded Items from Us. What does it mean?
We Sell New & Used Devices
We sell a range of older devices, customer returns and repaired equipment.
We grade these devices so you can understand in a simple way what we have done or the life the device has already had. If you are unsure about buying a used or graded product you can ask use for extra details or photos of the product before buying
The grading of items is as follows:
Grade A
As New with Little or no use, normally with packaging manuals etc, in box, Often a customer return or a device we have been using in the workshop for testing etc. Sold With 12 Months warranty unless otherwise stated
Grade B
Often a customer return maybe with or without packaging, has had some use by the customer normally less than 1 year old, cleaned tested and re-sold. With 6 Months warranty, in most cases.
Grade C
These boxes are normally older, showing signs of use, and have had a repair or a replacement part needed to get them working. With 6 Months warranty, in most cases.
USED
These boxes are not graded, these are just tested and if working, cleaned, and resold as a used device with limited warranty. With 6 Months warranty, in most cases.
Refurbished
These boxes are normally older, showing signs of use, and have had a repair or a replacement part needed to get them working, refurbishment is normally carried out by a 3rd party (not us). With 6 Months warranty, in most cases.
