Help! My Humax Box has no video output - Blank Screen

Help is on the way dear!

Hey, first off don't panic, you have found the right place. We can fix most problems with Humax Freesat & Freeview boxes

But first, before you send it to our workshop lets try a few things, it might be something simple.

NO VIDEO OUTPUT

If you can see all the lights on the box, and hear it making a low level noise (like a fan running) try these steps

1. Check you HDMI cable, replace or swap it if you can, try a different HDMI port on the TV

2. Try a hard reset, normally easy to do by disconnecting the power from the wall for 1 to 2 minutes 

If neither of these things work, drop us a line on our chat box, or email contact, we can make arrangements for the box to be sent to your workshop for us to solve the problem.
