Share
I have spoken before about BBC switching off the SD broadcasts for its main changes at the in Jan 2024.
Now ITV are also joining them in the great standard def switch off, the main channels including ITV2 will be going HD only on satellite shortly.
what does this mean for you, well if you are using an older box or TV like a the bush, Grundig and older Humax branded boxes, if they do not have a HDMI output you probably will lose some channels at the end of this month.
box models that are standard definition which a lot of people have are
BUSH BFSAT02SD
GRUNDIG GUFSAT02SD GUFSAT101DHS
ALSO WHITE SKY BOXES SUCH AS THOMSON, PACE & AMSTRAD, That people do use for free TV broadcasts will also lose the BBC and ITV channels
So what can you do?
