Panasonic DMR-BS850EBK U73 error

  Panasonic DMR-BS850EBK when I connect to my Phillips 55OLED936/12 Video format not supported appears on the tv codes U73 F5 flash up on the recorder. If I disconnect it from everything and try again in a few weeks I can play a BD disc or something from HD. Then it stops working again.The twin tuners stopped working years ago. Disconnected the satellite leads and then reconnected again and tuners never ever worked again. Hope this makes sense.

  Hi yes we have repaired these problems before on these devices 

   

  Normally if you're getting code u73 it's a problem with the video encoder board 

   

  And the tuner card is quite a common fix we do 

   

  Just purchase a repair services and send it into us and we take a look if we can't fix it you only pay the postage
