I had been struggling for so long with my old remote control, and kept blaming it on the batteries, but it eventually became so bad and useless, I realised I would have to search for a new one. I didn't think there would be any available now, so when I saw the Freesat Spares website, I was really pleased. When it arrived, all I had to do was put the batteries in, and it worked straight away. Not had any problems with it at all. The buttons and layout of all the options are exactly the same as the old one, so I'm extremely pleased with it. Certainly worth the money, especially as I would have ended up buying a new Freesat box from a shop if I hadn't seen Freesat Spares online. Many thanks to them!
