Trouble connecting to wireless network FREESAT UHD
This may be an issue with your wireless network itself, so we recommend you first check that any other devices connected to the same wireless network network are not facing the same issue.
If they are, then it is best to contact your internet service provider. If the wireless network appears to be working correctly on other devices, we recommend you restart your Freesat box. This can be done by holding down the power button for 5 seconds.
If your box still doesn't connect to your wifi network after a restart, try connecting to the internet using an Ethernet cable (not supplied).
Troubleshoot before choosing a repair or replacement
Start with the model, fault message, TV input and accessible cable connections. A hardware repair cannot restore a channel or app withdrawn by its provider. If the fault remains, compare diagnosis with the cost of a suitable replacement.
