Humax UK made some of the main FREESAT branded boxes over the last 20 years, including the models below.

- HDR-1000s / 1100s (Plastic Cases)
- FOXSAT-HD
- HB-1000 / HB-1100 (Viewing only)
As far as we understand they no longer support repairs or warranty on the UK freesat devices, they stopped making them 10 years ago.
There are still some services they offer support if you need it the contact details are below, at the bottom of this blog.
There are still some original parts and spares such as remotes and we source as much of this as we can for our customers, but we also have lots of 3rd party aftermarket replacements to keep your device operating for years to come.

My HDR-2000T has died on me but I am sure it may something simple.
I do not want to lose the recordings and would like the unit checked.
Where can I send it for testing please.
