FREESAT-FROM-SKY - WHAT IS IT?

With or without a card?

If you have an old Sky box, and would like to use it to watch all the FREE channels on the network, you can, you need a card to localise your box (make BBC1 local news etc)

Why a card?

We don't know really, its just something sky TV setup, and thats the way it is.

While Most channels are just open and you can watch the free services (clear in air) without any need for anything but the TV box.

What you may find is some channels do not show up, or are not where you expect them to be in the numbering order.

One of these cards will sort this issue out.

What channels are extra?

It will (when inserted into your sky box) sort some of the channel numbers and allow you to view more FREE TO AIR channels.

*This is not an active subscription card, you will not be able to view any premium paid for channels, like most things we sell on our site, this is for FREE content.

Allows viewing of Sony Movies on channel 321, Sony Movies 1 (322), and Yesterday 1 (255) and if your box is HD, Insight HD (451).

May 2024 Channel List has changed, and may change again. Works in any Sky box, SD, HD, or Mini HD

Important Notes about SKY CARDS

It Does NOT allow recording. Will not give you any Pay TV channels.
For Use with Sky HD & HD+  ---- Not Q or Glass or any other box
